Samphire - grows at the edge of salt marshes and stuff, used to be able to buy it at the fish mongers. Lightly steam, serve with butter (well, that's what we did obviously)
Known as poor man's asparagus.

Is it the green things? Kinda looks like grass? Or skinny green beans? Did you sauté it?

OH, we could all do our crafty things and have a big pot of hot tea nearby. When we get bored with the crafts, we can shuffle and talk tarot. Wendy's hubby can bring us some fabulous homemade meal he's thrown together. Sounds perfect!

Yep, I can cover the dining table with plastic and then put on the big cutting mat.

Maybe everone should bring a blanket ot two, and a pillow.....
