"Stalemate" Spread

I came up with this spread today to gain some insight onto why my friendship with an ex isn't moving forward, as I'd thought it would.

For the moment I'm calling it the "stalemate" spread because that popped into my head, but I'm not thrilled with this title so if you have any ideas, suggestions welcome! Something like "Standstill", maybe?

Also, please let me know if there's anything you'd tweak -- I'm fairly new at inventing spreads and very open to input/feedback. I'm posting this one here because the results were illuminating for me and it seems to work well. : )

[5]: What's holding Querent back from action
