Masculine (or gender-neutral) tarot decks

It's so interesting - I know this type of question (on various themes) is asked about decks quite regularly - heck I just asked one myself - but *every* time, I find unusual new-to-me decks getting mentioned. And sometimes it makes me look at an old favorite in a new light :)

Not one person here has actually said how they define "masculine" and how it pertains to judging a Tarot deck. They just say they get a "masculine feel" from it, or from parts of it like the "tone of the artwork" and everyone just seems to agree without giving reasons. What does that mean?
