Ah, the Book outlets.
I can't tell you how many books I've purchased from these book hawkers! Sheesh. We have Borders Outlets all over my area (Midwest, U.S.) Once in a while, there will be a blast of Weiser or Llewellyn Books. I have found some really great deals, of books I actually did want to buy, like a $30 book on Golden Dawn initiation for $5. They also sell tarot decks. I picked up fresh copies of the WRS and Thoth decks, just for a few dollars each. I wasn't interested in the Gareth Knight deck at $16 or whatever, but did take it in for $5.
They also have tarot books, of course.
And the addictive part is having to go every shipment day because they often get in odds and ends, really good stuff. A recent shipment brought in boxes of Element books. There was a decent Tarot title in the lot I didn't have, but do now.
