I just created a 4-card spread that's heart shaped for a friend. It's not completely original (come on, Love = Heart? heh 
) but I think it served my purposes. Can you see the heart?

My reading was right on for my friend's situation!
It basically cleared away all the confusing debris and stated things as is (or that could be just my deck talking. Not a sweet talker this one)
