Differences in decks -- accuracy

Grizabella

Like with Tarot, the accuracy lies with the reader rather than the deck. And with Lenormand, it's a lot more concise than Tarot, with less wiggle room, so I feel that Lenormand is less suited to intuitive readings like we can do with Tarot. That means that the more uncluttered the scenery on the card the better. We want to be able to see clearly and quickly what the card is and we can work better without things in the background distracting our eyes. The cards I use the most by Ciro Marchetti are an exception, though. They do contain background images but not intrusively, so they're beautifully readable. For me, anyway. :)
