Artists that you would like to have made Tarot decks, but never did :(

Sibylline

I'm not sure if anyone has suggested this so far....

An Edgar Allan Poe deck illustrated by Edward Gorey.

Edited to add this link to his Fantod Pack. Can you imagine a Poe themed deck? *drool*

I always thought that Esao Andrews would make an incredible tarot deck. Here's hoping...

I think a deck by Ragen Mendenhall would be fabulous. Maybe I should contact her?

And I think Tracey Emin would have some very interesting insights actually. Especially having read her memoir 'Strangelands', I think it could be fascinating though not necessarily easy to read!

I would love to see Phil Foglio do a deck based on his "Girl Genius" series.

My answer used to be Mark Ryden. But with Jasmine Beckett Griffith's Oracles and upcoming tarot deck, and the nearly perfect Ceccoli (seriously, I'm so in love), the void seems sort of... Filled for me. Apologies to other Mark Ryden fans, of course. I know it's not the same. Big eyed creepy cute seems to be 'enough' for me.

Adding one. Wouldn't it be AWESOME if Bill Watterson did a Calvin and Hobbes Tarot ???!!! I can even picture Hobbes wearing a tunic and posing as Justice :D
