I'll check and see what Melville, Achad, and Besterman say. Everyone else basically seems to be rehashing them. Melville still gets plaigarized a lot, usually a few words are changed in order to subvert the copyright laws.

Thanks so much for saying that it's recommended to keep the ball in a cluttered area. It's presently living on my computer desk, which is always cluttered with all kinds of things. :)
