You can get the Tarot d'Eltynne, which is a remake of the Belline. I bought it from the artist, he is a great guy to deal with. My deck arrived pristine. There is a good LWB with he deck, if I remember rightly...failing that, use the website with the list of meanings, and the spreads.

Double check with the seller but the Coffret de l'Oracle de Belline should include a book and a deck
I don't know about the others but I have ordered from Multiple Pages in Texas before and I was very happy with them.
