From his release, "My research has led me to the realization that all card decks, including the Tarot and four-suit decks, have always been used for both games and divination. In fact, historically, most diviners were more likely to use a four-suit deck for divination."
More details are surely forthcoming. There's clearly a huge Lenormand influence, so this thread may belong there instead.
