Unlocking past lives with Tarot

Hi,

Can anybody direct me to some real good spreads that could help me unlock my past lives, shed light on that, alleviate my pains and tell me what lessons I had to/have to learn from them and what do I take from them in to this life and how I should use it to my benefit now?

Is that even possible? . any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

IMO it's more effective unlocking past lives, delving into lessons learnt and lessons still be learnt etc., using other methods.

I know of only one person who has used tarot to gain further insight into one of their past lives, but not to unlock it as such (the specifics came through memories which they were later able to verify with the help of historical records).

Interesting. Actually, I tried spreads and got some insight, that i have recorded in my tarot journal and now, am seeing a therapist so hopefully during PLR sessions, I will be able to verify the same.
