Transparent Career Spread

This spread is inspired by the Career Spread in Power Tarot. I've completely changed the order and layout of the cards, changed some positional meanings and added others. While this spread can be used with any deck, it's well suited to the Transparent Tarot because of the inclusion of Combined Images (CIs) and Film Strips (FSs).

CI#1 (1-2-3) - Current situation regarding Querent's job/career or lack thereof
CI#2 (4-5-6) - What happened in the past to bring about the current situation
CI#3 (7-8-9) - Action(s) Querent can take to bring about a change in the current situation
CI#4 (10-11-12) - Situation after the Querent takes the actions above

FS#1 (5-2-8-11) - Strengths that the Querent should utilize
FS#2 (4-1-7-10) - Weaknesses that Querent should work on
FS#3 (6-3-9-12) - External opportunities or helpful people Querent should watch for
