Very nicely done -- It should be really interesting to read with these, as most of the images seem very intuitive and evocative, with plenty of room for interpretation. I can "feel" the meanings already, if that makes sense.

I agree the back design looks a bit dark, at least in the on screen composition -- but it depends more on how it looks and feels in hand. I'd try a dark dark blue so that it's less harsh, or even the subtle background like you have on the top half of the Hermit card? (I couldn't *believe* how long it took me to design a workable card back design. I thought it'd be a snap... WRONG!)

And for the record -- my personal favs are Fortitude, The Two Ways and Adjustment
