Baroque Bohemian Cats - The World

GryffinSong

I'm hoping someone can chime in on this card, either who's spent time with it, or who has the companion book. She has me stumped.

The cat is gorgeous, and stunningly dressed. Obviously completely at home in her palace, so to that extend I understand that she seems to have the world at her fingertips. But she seems to be holding a feather duster in each paw. I don't get it. Is this to say that even in mundane activities she's reached the pinnacle of class? They are lovely, in shades of purple and aqua, on golden spiral wands. Is it to remind us that even when we have everything, there are worldly activities that must be maintained? Or aren't they feather dusters at all? And if not, what are they?

And the ceiling. Are those cracks in the ceiling? Is there a crack in her world? Does that imply the cycling around back to the fool?

I honestly don't know what to think of this one. Perhaps because I've never aspired to the housewifely ideal?
