Somebody wanted a deck with only one Green Man in it, but I can´t find the thread. Well, Froud´s The Faeries´ Oracle has one Green Woman, and Enchanted Oracle has one Green Man.

Yes, Froud also has a card called "Himself" which is the Green Man, I think anyway, I'm going to have dig them out now and have another look, there is also the Green Man in the Ascended Masters Deck, I think....

There is a Greenman in the Madame Endora Cards, I believe.
