Tarot-themed music

A curious set of coincidences led to my (re)discovering the musical artist Stephen ĀH Burroughs/Tunnels Of ĀH, who has created a piece of music based on the thirteenth card of the Tarot deck, "XIII - He Mows Down Heads In A Meadow Like Grass".

An evocative title for an evocative piece of music best described as "dark ambient", this kind of sombre music or soundscape will appeal to those willing to experience hypnotic sonic experimentation and atmospheric noises.

It can be listened to here: https://sombresoniks.bandcamp.com/track/xiii-he-mows-down-heads-in-a-meadow-like-grass

Thanks for this! I'm a big fan of the genre and I will listen this tonight.

Here's another song in similar dark ambient/industrial style called Queen of Swords Reversed by Lussuria. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adL557xok5Q

Ruth White did some interesting electronic stuff in the late 60s for a play I believe...I want to order it as I think it's only on vinyl.

Ruth White's 1969 experimental electronic classic was rereleased (unofficially) on CD in 2007 by Creel Pone, and on vinyl in 2014 (sold out).

I like this

I recommend checking out "Memoires de Coeur" by Geneviève Grenier. It isn't explicitly tarot-inspired, but I feel that it's wonderful for card work. I especially like it when doing oracle readings. It's available on Spotify, Bandcamp, and some other places too.
