Yes. I think that Saturn in the water signs tends to allow various adventure inclinations due to a form of rationalization. CANCER worries about what might go wrong and justifies the need to take some action, appropriate or not. SCORPIO needs to control situations that cause alarm and will draw upon friends and other resources to channel situations. PISCES just discounts Saturn's teachings and follows an imaginative course.
