Honestly I don't really know a lot about animal guides other than that they can teach us something. Have you looked up sharks and researched them a bit? Chances are there is something about them that your subconscious is trying to tell you. The frogs hanging around on your car sounds interesting. They are obviously drawn to it for some reason! :)
