Mystery deck

My mom gave me a Tarot deck that didn't come with a guide book or packaging. It's so interesting and I want to know more about who created it.
I'll describe a card and maybe it will be familiar with someone.
All the cards are collages. For example theStrength card. has a little blond girl in overalls jumping for joy, next to her is a beautiful lion with golden eyes. There are 2 butterflies over head. The lion is laying in a bed if coral colored roses. And the sun is in the background overlaying written words.
I love this set and it is based on the Rider- Waite.
