Even though it was not actually the night the veil between the worlds is thin, I did this a few nights ago at a Halloween party for a querent (who reads Tarot himself) and got three out of four court cards! (cue groans). We both of us had an interesting time trying to see what the cards were talking about, especially in the "situation" position.

Wow, GlassOwl, these are excellent. I like the smaller spreads I feel they get straight to the heart of the situation, and I concentrate on the menaings of the cards deeper. Not only that but I feel it is easier to start with one small spread and move onto other small spreads if there is a need to delve deeper into an aspect which has come up that needs further explanation. Thanks.
