Yeah.

I should go back to bed. It's 3 am here. LOL

I find the little ones very comforting at night - I lie awake (or sit cross-legged on the bed with just my legs under the covers) and listen to the music, and there are a couple of small friends to keep me company. They help

Do you know why you're awake - are you sleepy at all?

Yeah. I'm always briefly awake at this hour. The Naughty One reminds me that I need to...er...attend to stuff, and then I shut her out of the bedroom. I think I got distracted by the moon light...LOL

I'm going back to bed...LOL ~~~~~~~~~~

>>>>>------- morning, all!

just went outside to see if the moon was still visible... NOT.

it's a lovely, cool, pre-dawn here...skies still dark, stars twinkling... my back door faces west and overlooks the garden/pool/back buildings (complex has four buildings...two front/two back, separated by a lovely garden, swimming pool in the center)...my front door opens onto my balcony and faces east... and there in the east is Vega (everytime I see Vega I think of the movie "Contact") and to the south Antares...Scorpio is rising again...

I love the pre-dawn quiet... I'm an early riser, but cherish the quiet and respect my neighbors so keep my telly on mute with close captioning on...

oh yes... it's 72 degrees here... in case you wanted to know

We are at 10 degrees Celsius (50F) and it suits me fine - cool enough to exercise without dripping, warm enough to wander round in T shirts & jeans - just right.

You are at 22.7C which is probably as warm as I would want to go!

Ah, then stay away from the tropics from May until November... you would NOT be happy!

mid-may the sun is directly overhead...and it really doesn't cool off until the end of hurricane season about Halloween. I, on the other hand, am miserable when it's COLD (and that's anything below 65 LOL)... just can't handle it, even as a kid growing up in cold country. But that's why there are different climates in this world so we can all have what we want!

found something on ebay that inspired me to think about creating my own:

saw your original post in the "my favorite deck" thread... I must be psychic! I KNEW what deck you were going to post!

Good Morning! The Moon is still visible through the pines, but it's about to set below the neighbor's garage roof. The thermometer on the tree outside says 19 F(wirelessly transmitted to the house).

I like that shadow box idea!

Morning Blue - gonna mention your thermometer to himself - he'd like one of those; he loves that kind of useful toy
