Atu XIII-Death, Happy New Year :)

Owl Tarot

I also like to see the 7's as a chance for Victory-Netzach. These cards present a challenge. How can I kindle that Fire sufficiently to make it happen?

7 of Wands - Instruction from the the Goddess Nike herself. "Just do it!"
7 of Cups - Too much Water.(Narcissism) Dispel the illusions. Clear the fog. Turn around.
7 of Swords - Get a grip. Focus. Concentrate. Don't spread yourself too thin.
7 of Disks - Come on, make an effort you lazy bas****!

And the connecting link? Take Heed unto the Going!

That's a nice way of putting it. Sevens retain their Holliness because they require effort to be made. In this light, Sevens are pretty much like the Fives, and Netzach is directly connected to Geburah by the Kabbalistic principle of Diagonal similarity (Gareth Knight I think mentions it, and it makes sense to me). Fives implant the motion much needed after the (sometimes motionless depending on the context) stability of Chesed, and in a similar manner Sevens take the balance of Six through a prism to continue the motion of being, which requires them to "break" the harmonious neutrality of Tiphareth by applicating the principle of Polarity anew.
