I need a new tarot deck, and after searching the ISIS stood out. To my big surprise, it's not on the amazon list. Why?

ISIS is a deck created exclusively by the Japanese organization Institute for Study of Initiation and Symbolism (ISIS). It's not in general publication and Amazon doesn't carry it; you have to order directly from them.

It shows only the major arcana on the website. There is no minor arcana?

Yes, there are. It is a 78 card deck.
