Yep, Jonathan Dee. It's a modern deck (eighties, I thbink, I could be wrong) but he emulates the woodcut look, and adopts the name of Queen Elizabeth's Court Aatrologer with a slight variation (John Dee). The King Cups is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth I. The deck is charming, as long as you realise it's a retro modern deck and not an archaic deck. The companion-book is awful, and got bookcrossed away a long time ago out of my kit.
