4 is under the top left corner of 2. The first six tell you the state of querent right now. Everyone has m/f sides. The book said to split the rest of the deck into 4 piles and then fan them to cover that quarter of the ouside circle. Book says to pick one from each quadrant of outside circle to show a possibility that may need consideration in that area. I'm tempted to feel for the need to pick more than 1 in some quadrants.

After using this many cards and making notes you'll want to reshuffle or use another deck for clarification on the cards that look like they lead into other questions.
