I now have Casanova. I like the Venetian thing going on, but the deck is also a bit samey-samey in its depictions.

as usual, boobs galore and the men are all covered. It'd be nice for the male-attracted gaze to be acknowledged a little more.
The Priapus freaks me out. I know a lot of Greek and Roman art depicts these themes in jest (in the case of animals) and in seriousness (in the case of youths) but in a contemporary setting I find those depictions pretty distasteful and in some cases downright disturbing.
It's a general problem I find with a lot of this type of content, in any medium, is that in order to elicit a visceral, emotional response, there's often a lot of 'weird' or transgressional stuff going on. Not even just kink, but ugliness and violence. I suspect it's maybe trying to break out of that 80's blue-light-and-saxophone saccharine thing; maybe the violence and ugliness is a ways of making erotica be acceptable - not fluffy or porn - because it's 'art' if its edgy. But I think more often it's just a way to ramp up the heartrate.
Looks like the Rohrig is as steamy as it gets in my collection!
