Lo Scarabeo Historic Reissues

Yves Le Marseillais

BN =

Which deck is this? I have been racking my brain trying to think what "BN" stands for.

Thanks!

BN = Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris now call Bibliothèque Nationale de France B.N.F
I suppose that Héron made his Conver reproduction from a Conver from B.N.
So post 1805 and so with CONVER written mandatory on a Valet card.

Best

Thanks for the heads up, KhonsuMes!

I'll probably wait for October's US release, but it is not bad even with shipping (about $40 USD). And I like that box.

If the Lo Scarabeo Anima Antiqua Line is as exceptional and exclusive as they say it is, then I have no choice but to collect it all. It's just how it is.

Le Fanu

Can the Etteilla be ordered alone and not with the Tarot Compendium? It looks like it from that link...

garmonbozia

Yes it can, on the indiegogo site. It was not an available option on the original Kickstarter.

Just as a follow-up on one of the decks discussed in this thread, the new (2017) Lo Scarabeo limited edition and numbered Sola Busca is now available (Just ordered a copy):

http://shop.loscarabeo.com/index.php?id_product=848&controller=product&id_lang=1

If you wish to get a less expensive copy and don't mind the wait, there is a Llewellyn version due out in October 2017:

Thanks I just pre-ordered the Lo Scarabeo for $30.

I am waiting for potential release date on the Tarocchino Mitelli: Bologna 1660 too.
