Hello,
Recently I've completed the first draft of my “The Origin of the Alphabet in West
Semitic Identity Marks,” second draft will challenge what it means to be a “consonant,” and the third draft will concern displaced West Semitic peoples. My Part II (or Chapter Two) deals with Diringer, Moran, Needham, Kelley, and Gordon, and MAY be of interest to this thread. For temporary convenience to an aging editor It's been accepted for publication), I've put a version online at: http://www.flavinscorner.com/RDFESOP.htm
Mind you, this is for informational and research purposes only. Of course, questions will be answered at this forum.
Regards,
Rick
