Generally speaking, on the limited information here, you gain a lightness, sensuousness and sociability from this, though how well placed Venus is would modify this, as would the other planets and aspects (if any)
The Moon is taken by phase, not so much sign. In your case a Leo Moon with Sun in Scorpio, suggests a Moon that is between Full and third Quarter, adding some Melancholy to your temperament - that is some degree of sobriety and reflection. However the Moon's ruler. the Sun in your case, also needs to be considered plus and aspects involved.
The Sun is treated according to season of the year. In your case you are an Autumn birth (Western Astrology is a Northern Hemisphere development) and Autumn is a Melancholy period, adding in more sobriety, gravitas and reflection.
