Dream Enchantress. XV The Devil

This is an intense card. The Devil is staring straight at you, as if she is directly testing your resistance to temptation. She is nude and in a seductive crouching pose. She has purple skin, hooves for feet, a pointed tail, horns and a small set of bat-like wings on her head. Most disturbingly of all, she appears to be in the act of revealing a protruding head/face on her stomach that is fed by noticeable veins around it. I know this is something that is sometimes included in traditional decks, but I don't know what it exactly is supposed to symbolize. It seems to stand out especially in this deck since the rest of the figures are generally realistic (ignoring the odd set of wings or blue hair!). Honestly, the face almost looks like a parasite to me--it actually seems to be *smiling*. Is it some sort of perverted pregnancy? Does she need victims to feed this growing thing attached to her?
