Year 1983 deck recognise

I plan to buy my birth year deck but i dont really know what to loking for. How i recognise that deck is made 1983 ?

That will be all but impossible to do. You can narrow down a date range using the info in RWS Deck Post-1970 Publishing History.

I just posted about a deck I saw online marked 1983. Unfortunately it's a RWS clone instead of the real thing, and probably hard to find that with that date.
