I have just recently come across this idea of interceptions reading Jeanne Avery's book The Rising Sign. I have done some research and know about intercepted signs in the houses and such, but when she talks about someone being an Aquarius rising with Pisces intercepted I'm not sure if I'm understanding it right. Is it when Pisces is intercepted in the first house? Or is it like most of Aquarius rules the 12th house and you were born JUST after Pisces was ascending and therefore it "intercepted" or cut off Aquarius just at the last minute or something? LOL. Is there such thing as being on the cusp of rising signs?
