Ooooh, that's GREAT news!!! Will you be my partner in crime again for a glamorous outfit for the ball? We are a bit bummed because we normally go to Manhattan for a few days after the Studio - and this year the prices for midtown accommodation are INSANE. About three times the normal rates. Anyone knows what's going on there??? Aulruna I dont know why the prices of hotels have gotten so out of hand... but i noticed it to because I wanted my boyfriend to take me for a weekend to the city for my birthday and we decided just to go down and hang out and come back home. I would offer you to stay here but I live too far from NYC to go back and forth to sight see.. sorry |

Just booked my flight, I'll land at noon on Thursday. Hopefully there will be a few familar faces around! We stay until Thursday, found a room on Upper West Side that's not exactly a steal, but ok.

So, I just touched base with Ruth Ann - Scion can't organize the AT dinner this year as suspected, but I volunteered to organize the trade train. Again I won't be there. *sigh* Finances just aren't there. And I live within bus or train distance too (I won't say driving, because the traffic is ridiculous, unless we're talking about uptown).
