Update, & a question for you all

I've spoken with a printer and made preliminary estimates and whatnot- I've also bought a gullotine cutter and a heavy duty corner rounder, as I'll be doing those parts myself.
I've also begun discussions with a fellow artist about making bags/boxes for the decks- linen with a print of one of the cards on the bag. My question is- which card should be represented on the bag/box?
For those of you who have many decks- which card is typically on the box? Or, are there a few different ones that are typically used? Ultimately I may choose randomly, but I'm curious if there's a tradition surrounding this. The only decks I have lost their boxes *long* ago.

I'm working of the "Devil" today, which is pretty exciting. I found the perfect image for it, I hope it comes out!

Hey Tarotlyn- Thank you for checking back! It IS a LOT of work. I'm devoting a gargantuan % of my free time to this project- but it's a labor of love- so I am enjoying every frustrating second- lol. Anyway- I'm going to repost the link- let me know if it's still broken.
I'm also going ot post 2 more links to new cards- let me know if you have any trouble with them. If you do, you can just go directly to my tumblr to see them.

I expect I'll have the deck complete in the next week. Then it's on to writing out the booklet (which will be pretty short, I think) and making sure my files are all in order, getting them to the printer, cutting them, rounding all the corners, making bags for them... gulp... ok, well- lol- I guess I still have a long ways to go- thank you for your comments and support- I'll keep posting on this thread with updates as I have them :D

wow, the new cards look great ! The King of Swords looks like Viggo Mortensen (yummy, I like him)

I don't think there is any particular card you need to use for the bag. I would just pick the one that you think is both a good representation of the deck in general, and one that will look good transferred onto fabric.

I'm just finishing up the last couple cards. I'm redoing the Queen of sticks because originally she was made on velvet, which does awful things in a scanner, apparently. I'm also making small amendments on the 5 of sticks, and the Moon- but I'm certain I'll be done later this afternoon.

I'm working with a small investor to get these printed, and as soon as they're done I'll post a link to my etsy- plus if there's a better forum for advertising ones cards I'll post there-
I'm still working on a logo and bags and a booklet- but I can see the finish-line from here!

I've posted a few new cards- The Magician, Judgement, and Justice.
