Astrology and Lenormand

As many of you know, i have an interest in astrology. using the mystical i have found the links to astrology very useful in its interpretation, so i have decided to open this thread as a discussion thread.

I will later today type up the associations on the mystical cards, and start by adding anything further i can from my own experience, and i invite others to join in. i will also add associations from other type of cards.

I welcome discussion of if you have found that you cant associate the card with the sign or house etc, or if you disagree with the linkage...all is welcome!

if you do not think that astrology can be used with lenormand, then i am afraid this thread wont be for you.

Great and very interesting, Red! You know, I think Garden will be Venus too. But Venus as a ruler of Taurus, seems to me Libra is more refined and the Garden can sometimes be crazy time and really enjoying life to the fullest like an Earth sign would.

I'm going to have some serious studying to follow any of this!! hopefully you'll be able to give us lesser Astrology neophants some tips..!

Yes i have some similar questions, why are some the sign and not the planet? why are some the houses....
i think there is alot of potential scope thats not restricted to the cards and whats printed in the corner.
A friend mentioned dark moon lilith being on the ancestor card, which is interesting. ceres being in the star card as the constellation.

i will expand this a bit later so we can look at all alternatives, will also try and find some other astrology links, i know there has been a thread here before on timing that mentions astrology in

I will put down what information i find out, and then my thoughts, but am sure there will be some fab discussion around this that open my eyes too.

Also will try and bring in mythology too as thats important in astrology, and might make sense with some of the cards.
i will also put up pictures of the cards also so we can see the differences, i have a blue owl pack at home

Not great with astrology but I was thinking that

Garden could be Mercury because of the communication in social settings

Whip could be Mars because of aggression

but the Fox I don't know maybe Neptune for something or someone who is
direct but not in the direct spotlight.

when i get more time i will expand whats there already and then we can start perhaps planet by planet?

So folks, card by card or planet by planet?

When looking at the Mystical deck, I always assumed the artist or whoever got the signs for Gemini and Pisces mixed up:

Gemini = Book
Pisces = Fish

seems to make more sense . . .
