I like that spread very much, because i find that not so fatalistic.

1 Card = The questioner or his/her issue/question
2, 3 Cards = Situations that souround the situation or the questioner.

4, 8, 12 Cards = The future unless the querent takes action towards other direction.

7, 11, 15 Cards = Fatal powers and conditions outside his/her control.

13, 9, 5 Cards = Τhese cards compliiment the 4, 8, 12 cards if they are not in conflict with them, otherwise they can show a alternative potential for the future.

6, 10, 14 = Psychological basis and implications.

I find very interesting that the cards are located leftwards. Leftwards are located also the cards in Opening of the Key method. I see also that when you unite the cards in a circle (1->2->3->4 etc) on a paper, you form a graph that seems very much to our Milky Way. Has to do with the left brain function (intuition) ? I remember that Aleister Crowley says also that in OTK method you have not only to count leftwards, but also to cut the cards with your left hand. I find that very interesting for a conversation.
