In the Pictorial Key to the tarot Waite's interpretation of the ten of cups upright... One part he says.. "if with several picture-cards, a person who is taking charge of the Querent's interests; also the town, village or country inhabited by the Quetent." What does he mean by "picture-cards" they all have pictures on them. Forgive me if I am asking a silly question. Mr. Waite is difficult to grasp sometimes.
