A personality spread

A friend of mine asked me to do a reading (the second I do that is not for me!) about which sides of her personality she should use more, and which sides she should try not to use.
But I can't find a fittings spread? I'm also doing a job situation reading for her, that is done;-).

I tried doing the reading with the 3 card Insight Spread http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=62722, But I Found it hard to read. I used the spread on myself, that Weng Well;-).

Any suggestions?

Hey! I was in the middle of posting a reply because I wanted to share the Sorting Hat Spread with you--a spread I designed specifically for personality readings. Haha yeah I know not everyone is interested in Harry Potter. Maybe you can modify it, though--and change the four Houses into the Four Elements and see how the four elements correspond to someone's personality. Just a thought.

And I juuust remembered that I also have another personality spread that I came up with earlier but haven't had the chance to reflect on it and change it. Going to make a post right now. It's called the Mirror Spread and it's more of a general personality spread and doesn't have a theme. Maybe you can give it a try and let me know how it goes.
