calming ideas?

Hi all,
I'm off to get a very large tattoo tomorrow and I'd love any advice for things I could take orally to reduce the pain during the tattoooing.
it's a large tattooo on my back so anything to relax muscles or relieve anxiety would be great!
you are all geniuses, i wish herbal knowledge would stick in my head!
