I saw this video today and thought it would be useful to post it here as well. I liked the way this person created a "body" to house the chakra's. At first I thought they were small stones or shells, but after watching for a bit, I think they are actually beans! LOL which makes some sense since beans are protein and carbs and need water to 'come to life' (sort of like the human body!). Anyway, this might give you some ideas on what a crystal grid is and the creative ways you can make a grid for healing.
