When doing readings...

Do you use the courts as actual people in your life,
or do you just not include them in your reading?

I have to make up my mind in readings if I'm going to use them or not!

I generally don't use the people on the cards, unless I'm doing a GT and that the querrent has concerns about someone in particular. I ask them for a description of the person, and then resort to finding the correct figure in the spread and start reading around to see if it's making sense to the querrent. More often than not, it will.

Another use of the figures is charging them ahead of time to represent people. So unless you've charged them... and I'd normally leave them to their classic interpretation. Sometimes people will pop up though...

My suggestion, don't complicate things with them just yet. Go with the basics, and then start adding people.

I don't use courts and I bought a deck without them on purpose, so I'm not distracted. I use the personal cards + all the cards that may signify people and that's usually more than enough for me.
