Court cards

I've been reading with the RWS for about three years now, and I thought it might be interesting to here from all of you, how it is you deal with court cards. Do you use them only as person cards, or maybe only as aspect-of-a-situation cards, do you mix the two, and if yes how, etc.
I personally mix the two, and I don't really have a clear rule as to when to see the card as one or the other, I mostly go with the flow, but I would like to bring come more clarity into all of it.

Well, it really depends. Usualy i see them as people, except when I don't. Um... When using the Opening of the Key, I mostly see them as people except when they surround a card I land on via card counting. the truth is sometimes I see one court card in the same reading as a characteristic and then as a person sometime afterwards. So, it just depends how I feel.

I think they can definitely function as people, situations or a mix.
