Good Friendship Spread

What does this Friendship Spread mean?

Does anyone have a good friendship spread. I've been looking online but
can't seem to find a good spread.

I pulled out 6 random cards on my friend that I am concerned about.

1-2-3
4-5-6

The cards were.

1. Seven of Wands
2. Five of Wands
3. Page of Pentacles
4. Devil
5. Seven of Swords
6. King of Cups

I'm sensing a lot of fighting/struggling. Also, prying into other peoples privacy I get from the 7 of Swords with the Devil mixed in.
