Okay, I know he's an artist, is one of the most notable members on here and has made (a) tarot deck(s). He's from the philippines as well.
What are the decks he's had published? Are they only sold through online shops and abroad?

His name is Lynyrd-Jym Narcisco if you go to the tarot decks page here and type his name in up will come all the decks he has produced. Also it will tell you where to buy them.
