Tarot box design

Zezina

I do appreciate the thoughtful way that Lo Scarabeo have designed the small boxes that hold their Tarot decks.

Examples : Liber T, Tarot of Reflections, Crystal Tarot, Tarot of the Imagination.

The bottoms of Lo Scarabeo boxes are folded in such a clever way that the deck and LWB can easily be slipped back inside the box and the lid closed without damage to the cards, the LBW or the box flap.

So often with the boxes of other publishers I find it a struggle to replace the deck inside the box without one or more of the cards or the LWB getting caught and potentially damaged on the box flap that runs up inside the back of the box.

To my surprise I've even found that some new boxes are difficult to open the first time without leaving a tiny tear on the box top flap.

A little good thinking goes a long way, and the results are enduring.
