wanted a spread to advice on how to heal a relationship

hiya

I am looking for a spread that gives advice on how to move forward and what can be done to heal a problem/ split in a relationship. Issues like best form of communication, how can we go forward , what will help that sort of thing? got lots and lots of spreads but none are right for what I want, I will make one up but was wondering if anyone has a good one they could let me know about?

Back in 2001, a user (Kaz) posted this spread. Now, it's for friendships but I'm sure it could go with a little bit more than friends as well (besides, aren't lovers friends anyway? )

Uhm... credit given where credit is due (I honestly have no idea!). I've used this spread a couple times, I think it's a very good one
