Question asked: Will X contact XY without any prompting?

Staircase (22) + Rider (1) + Letter (27)

I positive card and 2 neutral. Immediately i thought yes, especially when seeing the rider in the middle, indicating "news" coming and the letter beside it showing communication. But the staircase stumped me there as it indicates a choice that could go either way.

Can anyone shed light on this one, please, if possible?

Thanks for helping with the interpretation. You are thinking it will happen with prompting, so without prompting i guess it wont happen?
