I have always been interested in geomancy/ley lines. I had a great book writing by Alanna Moore (she is an australian dowser) called 'Divining Earth Spirit' and she talks about ley lines from the australian perspective shame i had to give it away when i moved to the UK.

She also has a website called Geomatica which is located at http://www.geomantica.com/ which also looks at geomancy, ley lines etc from an australian perspective and has an online magazine if you want to have a look at it.
