When I say "happy hour" I mean on NZ Maori time which can go up to 3 days! 
However, doubt it would be that in the scheme of things.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1) No feedback or readings owed elsewhere.
2) Open ended questions or they will be null and void.
3) No repeat or clarification Qs from other threads etc.
4) No long term "predictive" questions. E.g. Passed one month.
5) No school, legal, getting a job, general, or what does spirit want me to know questions.
6) Timely feedback in line with the question and answer is a must as it is a part of AT rules and mainly for those learning. Not something like: "Yes, I agree".
7) As for "Love" or "Relationships" - depends. (Gender needed not in depth info).
SITTERS:
No one read in the last 4 weeks by me or anyone turned down.
No sitters that have a compulsion to be read every 5 mins - you may not know who you are, but I do.
TIME: No set time, but it will be between NOW and SOMETIME WHENEVER.
WHAT TO DO:
1) Write your question.
2) Select 3 or 5 cards as a choice.
3) Then choose 3 or 5 numbers between 1 to 36.
EXAMPLE:
What will be the likely outcome of....be? 5 cards.
Cards: 7, 24, 33, 16, and 10.
Cards chosen in that order - Card 7-Mice/Card 24-Sun/Card 33-RIDER etc etc etc.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO READ FOR A SITTER OR ON ANY QUESTION THAT I DO NOT FEEL LIKE READING ON. THE MORE CHALLENGING or INTERESTING THE BETTER.
