I did past present future....I assumed you meant a couple in this month.

Past:
This talks about a relationship that needs to be fluid and free rather than overly rigid and controlled. A relationship purely on emotions is an imbalance.

Present:
Important to listen to what the other person is truly saying. Do not make assumptions or plans while the other is talking. Fully listen before responding or even thinking of a response. Understanding what the person is actually saying is very important for the success of relationship (even not to waste your time.)

Future:
"Tend to the garden" A relationship must be attended to as a flower, herb, or crop must for it to thrive. Find ways to let other people know you care for them.

In the past it looked like a relationship that was possibly too rigid. There was always a time schedule to deal with or some type of boundary that needed to be respected or honor instead of just letting it happen even if it was just for 30 minutes.. it's better than nothing.
The present looks like someone needs to really heed what the other is saying. Really understand what the person is saying instead of just figuring out how to counteract something or how to just respond.
The Future looks like someone needs to attend to the care of others or self to shows that the other person cares. This card is even talking about nurturing yourself and caring for yourself.

I personally do not see a relationship/couple relation happening between you and AB this month. It looks all to me that someone has to really sit down and analyze what is said and then attend to the garden (whether that is the relationship or something else like self).

There was an inbalance in the past loke a busy schedule and no meet each other often so we didnt get close. Now we are more open each other moe closer[emoji9] seems an on off connection.
I listen him and think before talks but actually we talk for everything without control.
The last one i dont understand it he knows and i know that i care him and care for me but it is not sure if it is romantic or not

well I think it's a positive there will be some nurturing in the future. Just keep talking and try to hang. Remind him that you rather hang for just a few minutes than not really get to hang for some weeks.

The last card is ambiguous. So i rather not give false hope other than maybe some nice reminders of care will happen.

Assess, decide, impasse, honesty.
It's about seeing the relationship as what it really is; rather than how you'd like them to be.

Furthest future
Fatigue, perseverance, strength, recharge.
Sometimes the struggle to create and maintain harmonious and fulfilling relationships just seems like too much work.

I don't know what the present will is maybe the present is really about commanding your confidence and will-power. The near future is about realizing what the relationship is between you two rather than what you wish it to be. The furthest future shows either you or T will not have the energy or perseverance to continue to pursue this relationship.

Sorry to say, but I don't see a relationship or at least a functional relationship happening in the future.

AT the present i have decided to rest, wait, do nothing.
I need to take a break and see is that what i really want or not. Does he want to be with me the same way i do want to be with him.

the future makes sense, but doesnt have to be that much negative. Maybe something good could happen and i quit from being negative as im now :p
